The Island of Montserrat is located in the British West Indies approximately 50 km southwest of Antigua. Several daily return flights from Antigua are offered by Win-Air and Air Montserrat, while most major international airlines fly regularly to Antigua from all corners of the globe.

Nice Diggs is located on N Runaway Circle in the town of Olveston, along the western coastline of the island. The villa is nestled beneath the towering Center Hills and boasts a spectactular ocean view. The ongoing eruption of Soufriere Hills volcano in the south of the island has led to the evacuation and relocation of residents beyond the Exclusion Zone. The captial, Plymouth, was abandoned in 1996 and island life has moved to Brades in the north. The volcano is one of the island’s most unique draws and is a major component in the rebuilding of the island's tourism industry. The Exclusion Zone is considered extremely dangerous and it is illegal to enter such areas without authorization. Visitors are encouraged to visit the Montserrat Volcano Observatory website for regular updates on current volcanic activity.

It is recommended that visitors take advantage of the car rental agencies on the island. The terrain of Montserrat makes having access to a vehicle a must in order to take in all the island has to offer. Be aware that the roads are narrow, very curvy and contain numerous steep grades!
